Interview with Patrick O'Malley, the chief product officer of Lounjee, a networking app that connects professionals together. He has 13 years of product experience, founded several start-ups and teaches a masters in product management course on Openclassrooms.

Recently, he has given a specific talk on a very interesting topic that has been well received and that is customer discovery and how to tell if people are lying to you. The thesis is that when asking customers what they want, they tend to be polite and say nice things (which aren’t true) - but there are ways to understand what your customers really do want. Today we are going to talk with him about a framework for determining which feedback you can trust.
